About the Role
The Central Ops Support Executive is responsible for supporting sellers' daily operations remotely. This includes monitoring metrics, coordinating with field executives, managing stakeholders, and rolling out new processes to enhance seller experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor assigned sites remotely via outbound calls, emails, and coordination with field executives.
Liaise between field executives/sellers and various internal/external agencies for timely execution of operations.
Train and direct sellers to ensure adherence to norms and practices.
Devise and implement SOPs, analyze data, and propose process improvements.
Work on weekends and in shifts as required.
Basic Qualification
Bachelor’s degree.
Proficiency in English (speaking, writing, and reading).
Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with SQL.
