About the Role
As a FinOps Analyst - AP, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and accurate processing of accounts payable transactions. With a focus on achieving 98% accuracy consistently, you'll handle invoice processing, reconciliation, and resolving payment-related issues while identifying and addressing root causes for problems.
Key Responsibilities
Process invoices with precision and accuracy.
Reconcile open invoices between upstream and downstream systems.
Address queries related to defective invoices or payment issues.
Conduct root cause analysis using deep-dive techniques.
Maintain in-depth understanding of Accounts Payable systems (Oracle).
Communicate effectively, both concisely and precisely.
Demonstrate strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Successfully manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Basic Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance.
Preferred Qualifications
At least 24 months of experience in a similar BPO outfit or more than 30 months in the corporate sector.
Proficiency in tools like Oracle Financial Applications, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Typing speed of 25-30 WPM with 98% accuracy.
