About the Role

As a Quality Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring Amazon maintains its “best price” promise by validating and auditing pricing inputs. Your contributions will directly impact customer decisions and Amazon’s profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Validate and audit price inputs for accuracy.

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for specific business quality processes.

Provide training, updates, and coaching for mapping operations.

Manage tickets efficiently, ensuring timely resolution.

Identify trends and gaps to drive process/system improvements.

Execute assigned project components of specific audit processes.

Communicate tactical issues and updates with internal stakeholders.

Create ad-hoc operational reports and status updates as required.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree.

Proficiency in English (speaking, writing, and reading).

Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of corporate experience.

Background in e-commerce is an advantage.
