About the Role
As an HR Live Support Advisor, you’ll work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, handling inquiries via phone, chat, tickets, and emails. You’ll build trust with employees through empathetic and personalized conversations while maintaining high ethical standards and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Address employee contacts with a high degree of problem-solving and customer obsession.
Resolve inquiries holistically by using FAQs, knowledge bases, and standard procedures.
Escalate unresolved issues to relevant teams when necessary.
Provide empathetic, personalized solutions tailored to employees’ needs.
Respond to and document employee-impacting issues with limited information.
Analyze and resolve employee requests by balancing process adherence with employee needs.
Collaborate with partner teams to resolve cross-functional issues and improve policies.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
0–10+ years’ experience in contact centers, customer service, HR, or equivalent.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Flexibility to work in a 24x7 environment.
Internet connection with a speed range of 50-100 Mbps before the joining date.
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years’ experience in customer service, HR, or related fields.
Basic knowledge of US legislation on Leave of Absence and Accommodations.
Familiarity with US federal and state leave and disability laws.
Experience providing guidance on HR, benefits, or complex employee matters.
Exceptional empathy and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage workloads in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
