About the Role
As a Short Range Capacity Planning Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading an international team, ensuring service level goals, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to drive impactful business outcomes. This role is essential for maintaining Amazon's commitment to providing timely and effective customer support.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end service level and utilization goals.
Lead and motivate an international team of site workflow managers, analysts, and real-time analysts.
Coach underperforming team members to meet business objectives and provide necessary support.
Collaborate with Operations, demand planning, supply planning, and other stakeholders to proactively address issues.
Define and capture critical metrics to influence stakeholders and measure success.
Drive process improvement and standardization across all network sites.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
5+ years of experience in team management.
5+ years of experience in cross-functional project delivery.
5+ years of experience in program or project management.
Expertise in defining program requirements and leveraging data/metrics to drive improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven ability to manage, analyze, and communicate results to senior leadership.
Experience owning program strategy and overseeing end-to-end delivery.
