About the Role
As an Investigation Representative, you will handle operational activities, ensuring accurate issue resolution for sellers and fulfillment centers. This role involves managing information flow between stakeholders and addressing seller concerns efficiently. Your main goal will be to improve seller experiences while maintaining a focus on speed and precision.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate and resolve seller issues by researching and querying internal tools.
Analyze data trends and identify solutions to improve processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate seamless information flow.
Communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
Take ownership of investigations and deliver timely resolutions.
Conduct deep dives to identify gaps and propose actionable solutions.
A Typical Day in This Role
Use data analysis and tools to investigate assigned cases.
Manage the life cycle of investigations, including progress updates and blocker identification.
Propose solutions to enhance seller and vendor experiences at fulfillment centers.
Ensure smooth inbounding operations and contingency management
Basic Qualifications
Graduation from a recognized university with at least 1 year of work experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and web navigation.
Ability to focus on issues and work independently or in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Exceptional typing and communication skills.
