About the Role

As a Content Reviewer, you’ll play a vital role in moderating content across Amazon’s dynamic advertising programs, ensuring compliance with advertising guidelines, and safeguarding the customer experience. This role supports Amazon’s fast-growing advertising business, which drives the company’s long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

Moderate content, including images, text, product descriptions, audio, and videos, for compliance with Amazon's advertising guidelines.

Identify and manage sensitive or inappropriate content such as political or sexual/erotic materials.

Stay updated on global news/trends to moderate ads based on critical events.

Audit and review advertisements to ensure a positive customer experience.

Use translation tools to moderate content in multiple languages.

Provide recommendations based on customer feedback.

Consistently meet operational metrics, including productivity and precision.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree.

Fluency in spoken and written English.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and applications.

Flexibility to work on weekends, nights, and holidays as required.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in online advertising.

Advanced knowledge of Excel.
