About the Role
As a Central Ops Support Executive, you’ll remotely support seller onboarding, readiness monitoring, and process improvements, ensuring a seamless launch experience. You’ll play a key role in improving seller and customer experiences while managing various stakeholders and central control centers.
Key Responsibilities
Remotely monitor the efficient functioning of assigned sellers through outbound calls and emails.
Liaise between field executives/sellers and internal/external agencies for timely operations execution.
Train and guide sellers to ensure adherence to operational norms and best practices.
Devise and implement SOPs, analyze data, and propose new features/processes to enhance the seller experience.
Identify patterns, disruptions, and foresee the implications of data to improve operations.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative/technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics).
Proficiency in Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SQL.
