About the Role
As a Catalog Automation Lead, you’ll manage domains, analyze metrics, and ensure software systems adapt to evolving business requirements. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, process improvements, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver impactful results.
Key Responsibilities
Manage domains, analyze metrics, and perform configuration changes using existing documentation and mentoring.
Execute action items for projects driven by managers and stakeholders.
Make configuration changes to software systems and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Make simple changes to code scripts and review peer code changes for optimization.
Resolve auto-cut tickets triggered by system thresholds or configuration issues.
Escalate deviations from SOPs or risky issues requiring additional support.
Propose and implement SOP updates to enhance team productivity.
Conduct deep dives on metrics to identify gaps and propose solutions.
Assist in onboarding new team members and support them in resolving unexpected challenges.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
0-2 years of technical support experience.
Experience with Java or open-source technologies.
Understanding of XML-based applications.
Proficient in UNIX/Linux operating systems and tools.
Knowledge of MySQL/MSSQL or other RDBMS.
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for operational excellence.
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to solve problems at their root and understand broader business contexts.
Proactive attitude with energy and initiative to get tasks done.
Adaptability to new technologies and products.
