About the Role

As a Business Analyst I, you’ll be at the forefront of real-time service level management for Amazon Advertising. This role combines operational expertise with project management skills to address issues impacting advertiser experiences, driving continuous improvement through automation and standardization.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor real-time network performance and mitigate risks to advertiser metrics.

Communicate with site operations, senior leadership, and technology teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Manage high-severity incidents through effective collaboration across teams.

Define, scope, and execute projects by understanding team needs and priorities.

Write daily business review documents and create reports for senior leadership.

Analyze data/processes, identify issues, and present solutions to leadership.

Develop mechanisms to enhance advertiser and associate experiences with comprehensive documentation (SOP creation).

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

1+ years of experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field.

Exceptional communication skills, logical thinking, and attention to detail.
