About the Role
The Associate in this role will be responsible for annotating videos/images with utmost accuracy to maintain stow quality at Amazon Fulfillment Centers. You'll leverage tools, resources, and human judgment to analyze stowing actions captured on video. This operational role is pivotal in ensuring Amazon's fulfillment processes run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Watch stowing action videos from fulfillment centers and analyze the activities captured.
Use human judgment and tools to verify or mark product locations.
Perform precise video/image annotations to maintain stow quality.
Demonstrate commitment to meeting deadlines and consistency in performance.
Collaborate with remote teams and contribute as a strong team player.
Skills and Attributes Required
Ability to annotate video-based tasks for extended periods.

A Day in the Life
Work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment, with 9-hour shifts including breaks.
Rotational weekly offs (5 working days with 2 consecutive off days).
Night shift allowance provided as per Amazon's policy if working in night shifts.
About the Team
The GO-AI Operations team supports Amazon Fulfillment Centers by providing human intervention to enhance automated processes. By annotating videos (15-20 seconds long) with accurate information about stowed products, associates help improve the quality and efficiency of active stowing systems.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred Qualifications
Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
