About the Role

As an ASCS Team Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading a team of 20-30 associates, driving their performance, and ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction. You’ll play a pivotal role in identifying and resolving customer-impacting issues while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.




Key Responsibilities

People Management

Guide and develop a team of associates.

Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen and Lean projects.

Supervise and motivate employees while managing performance evaluations.

Mentor new managers and groom associates for leadership roles.


Business/Operations Management

Identify and solve customer-impacting issues.

Develop training programs to boost team productivity.

Drive operational efficiency and ensure SLA adherence.

Troubleshoot issues affecting SLAs and quality metrics.





Basic Qualifications

Proven leadership experience in managing teams.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Fluent in English.

Experience in Contact Center Operations (Customer Service, Sales, or Collections).


Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s or MBA from a premier institute.

Project Management and knowledge of Six Sigma/Lean Processes.

Advanced computer skills.

Flexibility to work 24/7, including weekends and holidays.
