Amazon Advertising is growing its online advertising program and seeking an Ad Ops Services Associate in Hyderabad to support its global business. About the Role
The Ad Ops Associate will be responsible for supporting Amazon’s advertising campaigns, ensuring their accuracy, and assisting with the reporting process across various platforms such as Amazon and its subsidiaries (e.g., IMDb, DPreview.com). This position requires attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines, and strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
The core responsibilities of the Ad Ops Associate include:
Gain a thorough understanding of the business and operational area.
Process allocated work to meet and exceed daily productivity targets.
Maintain the highest standards for campaign QA, media plan creation/reviews.
Perform quality assurance on campaigns across Amazon's properties such as Amazon, IMDb, and DPreview.com.
Provide support to other advertising teams as needed.
Provide account teams with screenshots confirming creative went live.
Complete ad server and campaign audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of campaigns, including go-live workflows.
Provide and verify third-party reporting.
Confirm when ad units go live to uphold user experience.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
1-4 years of relevant work experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
Strong organizational, prioritization, and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work productively and efficiently in an independent setting.
Ability to communicate clearly with managers and associates at all levels.
A global perspective and understanding of business objectives.
