About the Role

As a Strategy & Operations Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in optimizing processes, leading key infrastructure projects, and making a significant impact on our operations and customer experience.

Responsibilities

Design and optimize scalable processes to support Revolut's hyper-growth.

Lead and execute end-to-end core infrastructure projects.

Define and prioritize high-impact projects, setting achievable timelines for completion.

Identify and develop new features to enhance the customer experience.

Manage relationships with key vendors and establish performance tracking systems.

Build strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiate commercial terms.

Qualifications

Education: At least a 2:1 degree from a top university.

Experience: 2+ years in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R is mandatory.

Proven ability to take ownership and deliver complex projects from start to finish.

Strong analytical mindset with a passion for breaking down complex problems.

Natural curiosity and drive to make a meaningful impact.

Interest in the financial industry and fintech trends.
