About the Role

Revolut is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to join its Core Payments department. This pivotal role involves leading high-impact projects, optimizing payment systems, and contributing to the development of cutting-edge financial solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

Building an in-house case management platform for SWIFT payments.

Enhancing SWIFT payment setups to support Revolut’s rapid growth.

Leading and executing core infrastructure projects end-to-end.

Managing the migration of SWIFT standards (ISO 20022).

Identifying and prioritizing impactful projects with quick timelines.

Proposing innovative features to enhance customer experiences.

Managing vendor relationships and creating performance tracking systems.

Developing strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiating terms.

Qualifications

Education: A 2:1 degree or higher from a top university.

Experience:

At least 3 years in a fast-paced environment.

Strong background in bank payments, SWIFT systems, and standards.

Experience with SWIFT integrations, maintenance, and payment gateway improvements.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.

Ability to analyze and break down complex problems.

Attributes:
