Role Overview

As a Data Analyst, you will define the growth strategy for your assigned category or business units by focusing on selection availability, pricing, and discount targets. You will also oversee topline and bottom-line targets, ensuring robust revenue and growth metrics for the categories under your management.

Key Responsibilities

Pricing Strategy: Develop and manage the pricing strategy for your assigned category.

Revenue and Growth: Drive revenue and growth by scaling brands on the platform and enhancing customer acquisition and retention.

Supply Metrics: Lead supply-side selection metrics, ensuring optimal selection width and depth for assigned categories.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with multiple senior stakeholders and present actionable insights.

Qualifications and Skills

Required Experience:

1-4 years of total experience, with 1+ years in e-commerce, high-growth startups, or analytics roles preferred.

Technical Skills:

Must-Have: Proficiency in MS Excel and SQL.

Good to Have: Knowledge of Power BI and Python.

Soft Skills:

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong results orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.

- Adept at preparing business documentation and presenting to senior stakeholders.
