About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Operations Associate to join our Health Ops Team. You will play a key role in managing day-to-day operations, streamlining processes, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients in the health insurance segment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with insurance company POCs to ensure timely processing and issuance of policies.
- Facilitate smooth and timely policy renewals for clients.
- Support claims processing and policy management with accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with Advisors to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
- Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify trends and drive process improvements.
- Create, maintain, and update operational documentation to ensure clarity and adherence.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in operations.
- Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and multitask effectively.
