Role Overview
As a Digital Content Associate for Amazon Music, your primary responsibility will be to perform quality checks on English digital content while immersing yourself in music tracks and albums. Your role will ensure that our listeners enjoy seamless, high-quality experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality checks on music tracks and albums to identify and report errors based on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Use multiple tools and systems to evaluate content and ensure compliance with operational metrics like productivity, quality, and delivery SLA.
- Continuously adapt to changing business priorities and learn new features of tools used by the team.
- Pay close attention to detail, maintain strong communication skills, and raise issues that impact core deliverables or operations.
- Drive process improvements and collaborate with team members to meet goals.
Qualifications
- Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong command of English (reading, writing, and comprehension).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and data analysis.
- Strong troubleshooting skills related to content editing.
- Familiarity with Amazon Music and its competitors.
