Deloitte is seeking a Finance Associate Analyst to support its USI team in managing day-to-day finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Addressing queries related to payables and receivables through ServiceNow tickets.
2. Providing administrative support for project management tasks.
3. Allocating service desk requests across departments.
4. Updating invoice transmission methods.
5. Managing and maintaining customer master data.
6. Verifying vendor invoices and processing them.
7. Handling and managing dunning letters.
About the Team
The Shared Services team in Hyderabad provides a range of capabilities, including financial reporting, HR, transaction processing, helpdesk support, and more. The team collaborates with Deloitte’s North South Europe organization, focusing on excellence and efficiency.
Qualifications
Required:
Commerce graduate.
Proficiency in MS Office applications with basic Excel knowledge.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Quick learning ability.
