Job Description
Amazon is looking for a Transaction Risk Investigator to join the Buyer Risk Investigations team. This role is crucial in ensuring Amazon remains the safest and most trusted platform by investigating suspicious activities, mitigating risks, and providing high-quality solutions. As an investigator, you will analyze complex transactions, make data-driven decisions, and communicate effectively to minimize financial, legal, and reputational risks for Amazon.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate suspicious activities and behaviors that pose a risk to Amazon or its customers across global markets.
Apply CTPS (Customer Trust and Partner Support) standard operational procedures to ensure high-quality decision-making.
Identify and analyze fraud patterns, detect emerging trends, and implement actions to minimize risks.
Use various internet and in-house tools to research transactions and gather data for decision-making.
Take proactive actions to protect Amazon’s financial, legal, and reputational integrity.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to high data security standards.
Meet weekly productivity and quality standards for investigations.
Communicate with internal and external customers and financial institutions to make informed risk decisions.

Basic Qualifications
