Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently while promoting a positive user experience. You will collaborate across departments to solve problems and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers through phone, email, or chat to address queries and concerns.
Assist in customer care processes like order tracking, automated provisioning, and account management.
Identify and leverage opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling during customer interactions.
Monitor and report customer care metrics for performance tracking and improvement.
Gather and implement customer feedback to enhance the overall experience.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
Proactive attitude towards customer satisfaction and experience improvement.
Experience in customer service roles is a plus.
