About the Role
As a Remote Operations Executive at NoiLabs, you’ll play a key role in the success of creators by helping recruit and onboard top-tier talent, ensuring that the content creation ecosystem is robust and dynamic. This is a freelance, contract-based position for candidates based in India, working approximately 60-80 hours per month.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Support: Work closely with our founders to develop a roster of skilled and vetted professionals, such as video editors, to assist our creators.
Design SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) documents and videos for onboarding and training purposes.
Build SOPs for vetting new talent and guiding them through the onboarding process on our platform.
Schedule and conduct meetings with talents to verify their portfolios and skillsets.
2. Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to connect with content creators across social media platforms like Twitter. Lead cold outreach efforts to reach a wide network of potential users.
3. Social Media Engagement: Drive community engagement on platforms like Reddit, Twitter, and Discord. Engage with audiences to build and foster an active and supportive community.
Requirements
Communication and Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate clearly and organize workflows effectively.
Social Media Expertise: Strong understanding of popular platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Twitter) and their algorithms.
Video Editing and Content Creation Knowledge: Basic knowledge of video editing and content creation techniques.
Adaptability: Quickly adapt to new trends and strategies to stay ahead in the social media landscape.
