About the Role
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for improving reporting tools, methods, and processes. You will create and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics essential for tracking and managing the business. You'll manage numerous requests, prioritize them strategically, and engage with internal partners to meet and exceed customer service levels and transport-related KPIs. You will brainstorm scalable solutions to challenging problems and advocate for our users while keeping in mind the business goals of your team.
What You Will Do
- Create various algorithms for optimizing demand and supply data.
- Conduct analysis and build solutions based on insights captured from data.
- Provide insights to management and assist in strategic planning.
- Analyze metrics, key indicators, and other data sources to discover root causes of process defects.
- Support business development and create efficient designs and solution processes.
- Determine efficient utilization of resources.
- Research and implement cost reduction opportunities.
What You Will Need
- B.Tech/M.Tech in any discipline
- 2024 graduates only
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Advanced SQL (must-have) – Python is a plus
- Understanding of basic statistics and probability concepts
- Proven problem-solving skills
