Your Role as an Advisor
As a Ditto Advisor, you’ll play a key role in helping people make informed financial decisions. You’ll engage with users via calls and WhatsApp to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance recommendations.
No Sales Targets: Focus on delivering value without the pressure of quotas.
No Experience Required: Our rigorous two-month training ensures you’re set up for success.
User-Driven Interaction: Work only with customers who reach out to us—no cold calling, no unruly interactions.
Your Ideal Team: Team Falcon
Choose a fulfilling path in Team Falcon, where you’ll spend:
~60% of your time in meaningful conversations via calls.
The remaining time engaging with users on WhatsApp.
Working hours: 10 AM to 8 PM with flexible breaks to balance your day.
