Job Summary:

As a Process Executive - Voice, your primary responsibility will be to extract content according to the guidelines provided, ensuring it is servable over Google's ad network and viewable by our users and advertisers. This role requires a high level of accuracy and quality, with consistent performance at the 99 percent level.

Responsibilities:

- Review the extraction of online content to ensure accuracy and high quality.
- Conduct remote and live audits of cases.
- Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to the team.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the team.
- Identify customer needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
- Ensure logical and meaningful extraction of URLs and content.
- Write, review, and optimize advertising text and extensions.
- Make final changes as needed, according to process quality guidelines.
- Develop domain expertise regarding the processes.
