Amazon is hiring for the position of GO-AI Associate on a 6-month contract (FTC role) in various locations including Mumbai, Pune (Maharashtra), Rajasthan, Hyderabad (Telangana), and Bangalore (Karnataka). Job Description:
As a GO-AI Associate, your primary responsibility will be to watch videos of stowing actions at fulfillment centers, thoroughly understand the process, and utilize your judgment in combination with provided tools to accurately indicate the activity captured in the videos. You will be expected to verify or mark the location of products through a specialized tool, maintaining the highest level of accuracy to ensure stow quality at the fulfillment centers. This operational role requires precise and thorough video/image annotations under general supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Watch videos of stowing actions at fulfillment centers, understand them thoroughly, and use human judgment along with tools to indicate activities captured.
- Verify or mark the location of products through a tool with high accuracy.
- Maintain stow quality at fulfillment centers through precise and thorough video/image annotations.

A Day in the Life:
GO-AI Associates work in a 24x7 environment with rotational shifts. Each shift lasts 9 hours, including breaks. Shift timings may change every quarter or as per business requirements. If working a night shift, a night shift allowance will be provided as per Amazon’s work policy. The workweek consists of five days, with two consecutive days off, which may not necessarily be Saturday and Sunday.
About the Team:
GO-AI provides human support to Amazon Fulfillment facilities with the aim of enabling hands-free active stowing through visual annotations on videos/images. Short-duration videos (typically between 15 and 20 seconds) are sent to GO-AI for annotation. Human judgment is used to annotate these videos with product information, which helps improve the effectiveness of the automated process and maintain stow quality at the fulfillment centers.

- Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
