Key Responsibilities
As an Appeals Administrator, you will:
Be the first point of contact for appeal-related queries, including case intake, policy questions, and next steps.
Use case management systems to log and track employee contacts with precision and care.
Resolve inquiries efficiently by referring to FAQs and standard operating procedures, escalating complex issues as needed.
Build trust through empathetic and personalized communication.
Encourage the use of self-service tools for faster resolutions.
This role is ideal for individuals with strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a passion for helping others while maintaining confidentiality and ethical integrity.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree (minimum).
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, human resources, or contact centers.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience working in confidential environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Over 1 year of experience in HR roles.
- Expertise in knowledge databases and research tools.
- Proven ability to adapt to changing workloads in a fast-paced setting.
- High attention to detail and adherence to processes.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
