Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Consultant, you will:

Strengthen Relationships:

Support general billing inquiries.

Access customer records to verify account information.

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.


Develop Problem-Solving Skills:

Use customer databases, technical applications, and knowledge resources to diagnose and resolve issues.


Collaborate Across Teams:

Interact with departments such as field services, test desks, and dispatch for escalations.

Schedule technician visits when required.


Enhance Technical Knowledge:

Participate in job-related training, including new hire orientation, product updates, and cross-training for new services.



Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.


Skills & Experience:

Basic PC keyboarding skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Direct client contact and technical support experience.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Effective problem-solving and diagnosis skills.

Multi-tasking ability across multiple applications.

Experience working with CRM applications (preferred).

Goal-oriented mindset and the ability to express ideas clearly.



Technical Requirements for Work From Home

To qualify for remote work, you need:

A computer with:

2.0 GHz Dual Core or better processor.

2 GB RAM (4 GB RAM preferred for some roles).

10 GB available hard drive space.

Sound card and noise-cancelling microphone.


Operating System: Windows 7, 8, or 8.1.

Internet: Minimum 15 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload speed.

Dual-ear headset to minimize external audio interference.
