About the Role
As a My HR Live Support Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in assisting Amazon employees globally with HR-related inquiries. Whether it's Time Away, Work Events, Life Events, or Pay & Compensation, your problem-solving skills, empathy, and customer obsession will help ensure a best-in-class experience for Amazon’s workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and resolve employee queries through phone, chat, tickets, and email.
Use available resources (FAQs, SOPs) to provide holistic solutions, escalating only when necessary.
Build trust through empathetic, personalized interactions and adapt to each employee’s needs.
Manage sensitive situations with tact, maintaining confidentiality and high ethical standards.
Collaborate with partner teams to improve policies and resolve cross-functional issues.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
0–10+ years of experience in customer service, human resources, or equivalent.
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (85% proficiency or higher).
Flexible schedule to support 24x7 operations.
High-speed internet connection (50-100 Mbps) before joining.
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years’ experience in HR, customer service, or contact centers.
Knowledge of US federal and state leave and disability laws.
Experience handling complex employee matters and providing HR consultation.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain strict data privacy standards and handle confidential information.
