Job Overview

As a Transportation Representative (L2), you will be the primary point of contact between Amazon and its delivery partners. In this role, you will act as a brand ambassador for Amazon, addressing delivery partner concerns, troubleshooting issues, and suggesting process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and partner satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

Professional Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with delivery partners.

Prompt Service: Expedite and provide efficient service to Amazon delivery partners.

Escalation Handling: Manage sensitive cases and escalate through the appropriate channels when necessary.

Time Management: Demonstrate excellent time-management skills to resolve concerns efficiently.

Performance Metrics: Consistently meet or exceed targeted performance standards.

Process Improvements: Identify trends through logical reasoning and suggest actionable process enhancements.


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any specialization from a recognized university.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
  • Strong comprehension skills to understand and resolve delivery partner issues.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently or in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Internet Explorer.
  • Proficiency in typing and navigating websites.
  • Strong problem-solving and logical reasoning capabilities.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in logistics or experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis.
