About this Role
Amazon is seeking a dedicated Sr. Administrator, Appeals to join its HR team. This role supports Amazon employees and alumni in their appeals journey, ensuring high-quality, confidential service. You’ll leverage your analytical skills, critical thinking, and deep knowledge of Amazon policies to enhance processes and provide resolutions. This is a fast-paced role requiring attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage sensitive information ethically.
Key Responsibilities
Use Amazon policy expertise to identify and assess required documentation for appeal cases.
Deep dive into case details, ensuring accuracy and adherence to past precedents.
Identify process defects and recommend actionable improvements.
Handle confidential employee information with integrity and maintain ethical standards.
Basic Qualifications
1+ year of human resources experience.
1+ year of experience with Microsoft Office applications.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field OR High School diploma with 1+ year of case management experience.
3+ years of experience in contact centers, customer service, HR, or similar roles.
Proven ability to handle customer queries and resolve issues effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of HR functions experience.
Experience with HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems, or Payroll Systems.
4+ years of experience in contact centers, customer service, HR, or equivalent fields.
Proficiency in researching using knowledge databases.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing workloads.
Demonstrated ability to follow existing processes in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
