Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound contacts (email, phone, chat) from self-service Advertisers to resolve queries efficiently.
Empower Advertisers with solutions that enable their business growth on Amazon.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all communications, especially during challenging interactions.
Use knowledge, probing questions, and SOP guidelines to provide accurate resolutions.
Demonstrate time-management skills and leverage departmental tools effectively.
Proactively escalate operational challenges to team leads or appropriate contacts.
Contribute to a collaborative team environment, offering support to teammates as needed.
Balance customer focus with adherence to internal processes and policies.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree (preferably B.Tech/B.Com).
Fluent in English (verbal and written).
6+ months of customer service experience.
6+ months of process improvement experience.
Ability to manage conversations with strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
Flexible to work 24/7 shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
Home work environment with a stable internet connection (20 MBPS or better).
Preferred Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Advertising Sales, Consultation, or ITES industries.
Strong technical and analytical aptitude.
Passion for online advertising with a proven track record of results.
Detail-oriented with exceptional data management skills.
Candidates should reside in Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Maharashtra, NCR, West Bengal, Rajasthan, Andhra Pradesh, or Uttar Pradesh.
