Amazon's Network Operations Center (NOC) is the central command and control center for ‘Transportation Execution’ across the Amazon Supply Chain network, supporting multiple geographies like NA, India, and EU. We ensure hassle-free, timely pick-up and delivery of freight from vendors to Amazon fulfillment centers (FC) and from Amazon FCs to carrier hubs. In case of any exceptions, NOC steps in to resolve the issue and keeps all stakeholders informed on the proceedings. NOC is also responsible for understanding trends in network exceptions and then automating processes or proposing process changes to streamline operations. Overall, NOC plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of Amazon transportation and thereby has a direct impact on Amazon’s ability to serve its customers on time.


🚚 About the Role – Transportation Representative (NOC)


Amazon’s Network Operations Center (NOC) is the command hub for transportation execution across India, North America, and Europe. It ensures smooth pick-up and delivery of freight between vendors, fulfillment centers, and carrier hubs.


As a Transportation Representative, you’ll:

- Facilitate communication between carriers, vendors, and warehouses  

- Resolve issues that impact delivery timelines and customer experience  

- Work across Inbound (vendor to FC) and Outbound (FC to customer) operations  

- Use internal tools to research, analyze, and solve problems in real time  

- Identify trends and propose process improvements  


This role directly impacts Amazon’s ability to serve customers efficiently and reliably.
