Our mission is to ensure seamless transportation execution across Amazon's supply chain, facilitating smooth operations between various stakeholders including trans carriers, hubs, and warehouses. Key job responsibilities
- Facilitate the flow of information between stakeholders and resolve potential issues impacting customer experience and business continuity.
- **Inbound Operations**: Manage Vendor/Carrier/FC relationships to ensure timely pick-up and delivery of freight.
- **Outbound Operations**: Oversee FC/Carrier/Carrier Hub relationships, ensuring customer orders are delivered as promised.
- Provide timely issue resolution by researching and using internal tools to make real-time decisions.
- Analyze data and trends to enhance customer experience without compromising on time.
- Communicate effectively with external customers (Carriers, Vendors/Suppliers) and internal customers (Retail, Finance, Software Support, Fulfillment Centers).

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, statistics
- Experience with Excel
- Experience with SQL

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to work with Excel for various tasks
